CRG data engineer team and data science team have designed a solution to build a data mart to gather historical data from POS Systems & CRM and developed & trained an efficient forecasting model to produce SKU wise & Store wise demand forecasting in order to ensure that production department has the optimum quantity of product to manufacture. In addition to this an automated order sheet was also created for the stores, ensuring zero manual intervention in the entire process.
