The steel manufacturer collaborated with CRG Solutions to implement a cloud-based gate management system (GMS) that automated the entire process of managing incoming and outgoing people and vehicles, while also providing insights and data to improve security and visitor management. CRG Solutions collaborated with the Safety and Hazard Control Department to implement a Process Safety Dashboard. We designed the dashboard to monitor data from over 3000 tags across various processes, offering real-time insights into safe operating conditions (SOC) and safe operating limits (SOL).
