About the Customer

Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana (MMAPUY) is a program initiated by the Government of Indian State to uplift the poorest families in the state. It aims to provide comprehensive support through skill development, wage employment, self-employment, and job creation, with the goal of raising the annual income of these families.

Problem Statement

To implement MMAPUY Program in the State, it was a challenging scene. Mostly to do with huge volume, data and also integrating and collaborating with schemes to extract index

To be able to analyze the participation of families in MMAPUY across various departments, which meant volume or data to be assessed and managed.

To track, the Sate Govt identified Saksham scheme, skill development trainings, and establishing Harhit sores and vita booths etc which was roped in to track receipt of benefits by families such as wage employment etc .

Examining the application status, including the number of applications approved, bank applications sanctioned, and applications disbursed.

Identifying challenges faced during the implementation of MMAPUY and proposing solutions for improvement.

Assessing the benefits of MMAPUY in terms of poverty alleviation and economic upliftment.

Solution

To address the challenges, the State Government adopted the following solutions:

Utilizing the Family Identity Card database (PPP) to identify eligible families based on income characteristics.

Establishing a coordinated approach among departments to streamline the delivery of support services.

Implementing robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress of beneficiaries.

Promoting transparency and accountability through effective governance and oversight.

Providing necessary training and capacity building programs for government officials involved in the implementation of MMAPUY.

Upon analyzing the data and implementation of MMAPUY, the program was successful and impactful and helped families throughout the state. This significant participation of families in MMAPUY, with a high percentage of applications were approved.
